Pierre Desrochers

Graduate in microbiology and high school science education, he taught 35 years in science at Collège St-Jean-Vianney. He created a dronautics club for students to enrich science classes, where they built, programmed and flew drones. He organized inter-school drone competitions where participants had to build utility drones to carry out missions or FPV racing drones to perform obstacle courses. 

In 2019, he obtained his Advanced Drone Pilot certificate from Transport Canada. Currently at KoptR Image , he trains pilots, creates educational resources, specializes in photogrammetry and participates in various operations carried out by the company. 

Using his skills in photography and aerial video, he has contributed significantly to documenting the significant events of Collège St-Jean-Vianney and highlighting its infrastructure for promotional campaigns of the institution.

His journey is an unequivocal testament to his dedication to education, innovation and technology. His enthusiasm to take an active part in KoptR Image’s varied projects reflects his desire to train competent pilots and also to play a crucial role in various drone operations.
